Background of the Master Planning Process
The Board of Trustees hired Environmental Design Group (EDG) to prepare a Master Plan for the Richfield Joint Recreation District property. Developing a master plan includes a number of stakeholder group meetings. These meetings began December 17, 2015 and concluded February 11, 2016. Members of the Board of Trustees were in attendance to listen to the conversations from these groups in order to hear property opportunities, property challenges, desired uses and property name.
